When an evolving pandemic is upfront in the news perhaps overcoming fear is one of the greatest moves a person can make. Fear is caused by not knowing. Fear stops people. Not even the most courageous people are without fear, but they don’t let it prevent them from taking action.
These are the times, and we are the people. Being aware, educating yourself from excellent news sources, and being prepared is the best way to detect and inactivate fear.
And making sure you’re stocked up with healthful and soul nourishing food is good too.
