We handcraft pure love and pioneer spirit into every product, service and event we create. Vinarterta, Delicious Striped Icelandic Cake and specialty seasonal bakery products are made using only premium, natural ingredients and flavourings without preservatives.

Amma Cakes: 9″x13″ (22.9 cm x 33 cm) 96 pieces. Each piece is 1 5/8″ x 3/4″ (4.13 cm x 1.9 cm). Serves 32-64
Afi Cakes: 9″x 6 1/2″ (22.9 cm x 16.5 cm) 48 pieces. Each piece is 1 5/8″ x 3/4″ (4.13 cm x 1.9 cm). Serves: 16-24
Vinur Friend Cakes: 3 1/4″ x 9″ (8.25 cm x 22.9 cm) 24 pieces. Each piece is 1 5/8″ x 3/4″ (4.13 cm x 1.9 cm). Serves: 8-12

WHERE TO BUY
Our online store provides access to our premium products for delivery and to customers directly using our special insulated cool shield packaging system shipped via outside courier and mail services, and for pick up at events or seasonal locations. We do not have a retail store.
HOW TO ORDER
Selection varies by season, so please check the current online listings and also subscribe to our newsletter. Custom and gift orders are welcome. You can place your order conveniently online at ardenjackson.com, via email or telephone.

EMAIL ORDERS
Use the product pages to make your selection, or inquire by email for custom products and services. Submit an email to Arden Jackson with your order with a complete name(s) and delivery address(s) for quotation. Once you have submitted your order you will then receive an email that your request is received and method of payment options. Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirming your order and the estimated delivery date and method of delivery. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact Arden Jackson by phone. Order times and delivery times may vary seasonally to provide service to our valuable customers. Orders must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation of orders, the same time applies.
ONLINE ORDERS
Use the product pages to make your selection. Once you have submitted your order and payment, an email will be sent to Arden Jackson. You will then receive an email that your request is received and due to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email confirming your order and the estimated delivery date and method of delivery. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact Arden Jackson by phone. Order times and delivery times may vary seasonally to provide service to our valuable customers. Orders must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation of orders, the same time applies.
DELIVERY
Arden Jackson uses outside courier and mail services for deliveries subject to our standards for best service delivery.
A complete delivery address is required when placing your order. All orders must be pre-paid. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Based on Delivery standards as per selected Courier ground services and Canada Post Expedited. Arden Jackson generally ships on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to within 100 km of Dundalk, ON. and Monday and Tuesdays to all other destinations. Approximate delivery is 1-3 business days Ontario and Quebec. 3-5 business days rest of Canada. Allow an additional 1-5 days for rural and remote regions. 4-6 business days USA. Delivery schedule may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and items ordered, based on customers preferred delivery date, the orders received, scheduled and the destinations. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. If you require a faster or different delivery method please inquire.
Delivery hours are standard Monday to Friday. 10am-5pm. Saturday Delivery available upon request. Extra charges apply.
All orders must be pre-paid. All orders are subject to production schedules and product availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by outside shipping and courier providers. Customer responsible for following tracking information provided by carriers and managing info requested by same. Perishable products are not insurable.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas.
Sales tax is charged according to the location to which the item is shipped.
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for shipping delays by carriers. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow the tracking information provided by email. Canada Post does not provide an ability to assist in the process of managing a delivery. Courier companies may be more expensive, however do provide services via email to better manage customer delivery preferences after shipping and delivery times, and are more reliable than Canada Post. Perishable products are not insurable.
PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards, etransfer and cheques. Payment may be made Online via our secure server. Phone orders may be paid via credit card. Cheque payment must be received prior to processing an order. We accept major credit cards, cheques and cash at events and seasonal locations.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
• Gift Cards are available with personalized message at no extra charge.
• Special requests and decoration may have an extra charge which will be included in your email confirmation.
• Custom orders and celebration cakes require at least one week notice.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Our NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES POLICY applies unless the product you purchased is not available, and we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
