Cranberry Rhubarb Vinarterta (Choose your size!)

Decidedly heretical and wonderfully fruity! Our Cranberry Rhubarb Vinarterta is a distinctively different (and yummy) striped cake handmade with seven thin fragrant vanilla sugar cookies thickly filled with cranberry and naturally sweet winter rhubarb jam (no added sugar), then iced with pure vanilla and almond-flavoured buttercream.
