A thousand years ago, a Viking woman named Guðríður crossed oceans, saved her crew with ancient chants, and became the mother of the first European child born in North America. Twenty-five generations later, her descendants created a coffee worthy of her legacy.

Valkyrie Kaffi is a specialty coffee born from Icelandic heritage, Viking spirit, and a deep love of craft. Created by Arden Jackson in collaboration with Kimber Valley Farms, this custom small-batch roast celebrates the shieldmaidens, explorers, and strong women whose stories shaped a culture.
