The Brown Cheese made at Ommang Sondre, a small biodynamic farm at Loten in Norway is Fjak’s inspiration for this white drinking chocolate. Taste notes are of vanilla, salt caramel, ice cream, and toffee.

Ingredients: Unrefined Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Brown Cheese
Recalls the traditional Icelandic Mysuostur and is made with Whey (Mysa) the by-product of Skyr and cheese making. Whey is boiled down slowly while stirring over many hours until thick and caramelized, and then sweetened. A favourite on Icelandic Brown Bread, but this version is blended with chocolate and ready to stir into a hot cup of milk, or your favourite non-dairy milk.
