Not just Volcanoes: The light of the soul throws sparks.

Not just volcanoes: The light of the soul throws sparks.

There is a secret to creating beautiful memories with family and friends.

We remember the days with friends and family that healed our hearts and fueled our inner fire.

And we want more….(It’s about more than cake. 🙂

The secret to creating and repeating those days is all about mindset.

When we create time for others, with the intention to express our love, and maybe cook and eat together and share stories, and open our minds to new and expansive thoughts that tease us into laughter, we’re there.

When we care, ask sincere questions, listen, embrace different opinions and allow ourselves to discuss without judgement, are fully present for others, then they feel our love, and we’re there.

When we intentionally align with others and give energetically by holding space for their happiness, we can also easily also hold on to and share our own thoughts, and cultural traditions too, and we’re there.

When we create good, happy and sometimes hilarious memories we know that it somehow came effortlessly when we least expected it.

When we gather at holidays and special times leaving the stress of our world behind, keep it simple, and enjoy our time together in the present moment, we’re there.

When we remember that:

‘Ours is not the task of fixing the entire world all at once, but of stretching out to mend the part of the world that is within our reach…One of the most calming and powerful actions you can do to intervene in a stormy world is to stand up and show your soul. The soul on deck shines like gold in dark times. The light of the soul throws sparks, can send up flares, builds signal fires, causes proper matters to catch fire.’ – Clarissa Pinkola Estes

With you and for you throwing up sparks this holiday season, and always.

I look forward to contributing to your simple, connected, loving and happy gatherings.

Sending lots and lots of love,
